We believe every pet deserves moments of joy, comfort, and play, even while waiting for a forever home. Every purchase helps make those donations possible, allowing our customers to become part of something bigger than a transaction.

Meet the Founder
Some of life's greatest ideas are born during its most difficult moments.
For Gia Mason, PetSembly wasn't created in a boardroom or inspired by a business trend. It was born from a season of rebuilding, reflection, and discovering that the smallest acts of kindness often have the biggest impact.
Throughout life's ups and downs, one thing remained constant…animals. They were a source of comfort during uncertain times, loyal companions during lonely days, and gentle reminders that unconditional love doesn't require words. Whether it was the excitement of a wagging tail after a long day or the quiet presence of a tiny companion simply existing nearby, those moments left a lasting impression.
As Gia's love for animals grew, so did her frustration with the pet industry. Walking through pet stores, she noticed that products for small pets and toy breeds were often limited, overlooked, or designed as an afterthought. Rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, ferrets, birds, and tiny dogs deserved products made specifically for their unique needs.
Rather than accepting the way things were, Gia chose to create something better.
That decision became the beginning of PetSembly, a brand built on compassion, quality, and the belief that every pet, no matter how small, deserves the very best.
Today, Gia's vision continues to guide the company with one simple goal: helping pets live happier lives while giving pet parents products they can truly trust.
